Protoss structures require power to operate, but have far more flexible tech requirements than that of other races.
Power is provided by specialized structures. Tech is unlocked on a per-tier basis.
Flash Shielding
A shield for the sword.
After avoiding damage for 2 seconds, Protoss combatants regenerate shields at a rate of 10 points per second, falling to 2 points per second over a period of 5 seconds.
Vengeful Ascension
Never forgotten.
Certain Protoss combatants can avenge fallen allies, or ascend fallen hostiles, to obtain temporary bonuses to movement speed and attack speed.
Tyranny of the Sun
A profanity most potent.
A select few Protoss Masters can Tyrannize hostile targets on death.
Tyrannized combatants take 50% increased damage, and move 50% faster when in the presence of enemies.
